I started my journey as the founder of Bhukkad (2011), while at National Law School of India University, Bangalore, initially solving for poor food quality on college campuses. By 2014, Bhukkad evolved into a natural fast food brand focused on making fast food without preservatives or processed ingredients in a QSR format. In 2017, I joined Curefit to build eat.fit, where I helped scale cloud kitchen operations, the QSR format in India, and led early expansion efforts into Dubai.
