I’m a Corporate Development and M&A operator with experience across B2B SaaS, FinTech, and AI - focused on scaling businesses through inorganic growth, strategic partnerships, deal execution and GTM. I currently lead corporate development and product strategy initiatives, driving acquisitions, growth strategies that align product, finance, and GTM functions. My work spans end-to-end deal cycles: sourcing and pipeline building, deal thesis creation, finance, commercial diligence, competitive research, SaaS metrics analysis, and cross-functional execution with CXOs. Beyond M&A, I work closely with leadership on new product bets, GTM strategy, ICP, and market expansion plays for automation and enterprise OCFO products. Before corporate, I founded and scaled TradeKosh from zero to $20M GMV, securing angel funding and partnering with leading FMCG brands like Marico, Capital Foods, Dabur, and Himalaya. That experience grew my bias toward action, commercial thinking, and building from first principles - values I carry into every strategic initiative today.
