Vishal holds a B.Tech degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He completed a double Masters in Molecular Bio-engineering and Nanoscience from Germany & the Netherlands with the Erasmus Mundus scholarship before coming to his real ‘Master’. A consultant’s job offer at Amsterdam could not charm him from attending to his real calling. Inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji ( Sri Sri ), Vishal joined the Art of Living as a full time volunteer immediately after completing his Masters in 2007. He has been a trainer of the Art of Living programs since 2008 and currently is also the Personal Secretary to Sri Sri. Over the last decade, he has gained experience of conducting inspirational leadership programs, stress busting meditation sittings, yoga sessions and guest lectures for thousands of people from all over the world. Being secretary to a world renowned figure like Sri Sri, he has developed proficiency in engaging with audiences of diverse backgrounds ranging from rural un-employed youth of India to head’s of states from different countries, from college freshmen to corporate directors, from Iraqi youth to American war veterans, from renowned priests to international sports icons. A multi-dimensional personality, he is an amazing motivator, a keen meditator, an avid sportsman, a yoga expert, an amateur writer, likes to dabble with music and musical instruments. He speaks fluent English, Hindi and can manage a little bit of Kannada, Tamil, Punjabi and German.
