Enhanced the performance of Rest APIs through a comprehensive optimization approach, including DB query optimization, prefetch techniques for multiple table joins, API caching, and optimized serializers in Django, resulting in improved response times and minimized resource usage. On average have improved API performance by more than 60%.
4. Designed CRM software dashboards for data analysis and visualization.
5. Integrated camera functionality and seamlessly incorporated a video player into Livtrack (Android Application for Service Engineers), enabling users to capture photos, videos, and play videos effortlessly within the app’s interface. The application is used by over 5K engineers.
6. Developed a geo-tagging feature for the service engineer’s app, allowing precise device information capture synchronized with their location during key interactions, reducing frauds.
