• Contributed to multiple mission-critical initiatives in the Adobe Sign ecosystem involving messaging, authentication, billing, and workflow automation.
• 1. Core developer for WhatsApp-based signer authentication, implementing API updates across audit reports, events, and alert systems.
• 2. Led end-to-end production onboarding of the Sign Application & Token Service (ATS) microservice, implementing the initial set of APIs and completing an extensive provisioning and deployment checklist to successfully deliver the team’s first microservice production rollout with SRE and DBA collaboration.
• 3. Built an automation utility to manage Meta messaging templates, enabling creation and deployment of ~70 templates per locale/environment (~2K+ templates total).
• 4. Key contributor to parallel and hybrid e-Witness workflows, enabling enterprise adoption of advanced signing capabilities.
• 5. Identified and resolved a billing logic defect causing missed phone authentication transactions in biopharma and replace-recipient workflows, designed a fix projected to recover ~$100K/month in lost revenue.
• 6. Implemented channel-level configuration settings enabling SMB feature rollout for ETLA customers and built performance testing utilities to validate onboarding scalability, supporting a 5× increase in expected load.
