• During my summer internship at SDG3 Health (May–July 2025), I developed an ensemble model (LightGBM + XGBoost) to predict Stillbirth Risk (F1: 96.91%) and Premature Birth Risk (F1: 92.47%) by integrating data from multiple hospitals across Telangana. I handled class imbalance using SMOTE and performed SHAP-based feature analysis to improve model interpretability and provide actionable insights for healthcare providers. Additionally, I designed and deployed a web portal for health workers that combined maternal health risk scores with smart referral suggestions, enabling ASHA workers in rural areas to efficiently prioritize high-risk cases. This solution improved early intervention planning and is projected to enhance maternal and child health outcomes in the region.

• During my internship at IIIT Hyderabad (Jan–May 2024), I worked as a Full Stack Developer on the IT Services Portal, building a learning management system that supported three user roles—Admin, IT Office, and Students. I implemented CAS-based authentication and role-based access control, developing secure REST APIs backed by a MongoDB database for scalable data management. Additionally, I designed a configuration management and document versioning system, allowing content updates directly through the web interface. This reduced dependency on developers, improved update efficiency across all user roles, and ensured smooth operation of the portal.
