I have spent over two decades working in HR across IT, Consumer Electronics, and Biotechnology. Over the years, I’ve seen organisations grow fast, slow down, restructure, scale, and start again. My work has always been simple at its core. Align people with where the business is going. When that alignment is clear, performance improves naturally. When it isn’t, no policy can fix it. I’ve built and led teams, handled tough transitions, supported leadership through change, and worked closely with managers to strengthen culture from the inside. Much of what I’ve learned didn’t come from frameworks. It came from real conversations, difficult decisions, and watching how teams behave under pressure. I care deeply about retention, trust, and building environments where people feel respected and heard. Because when those fundamentals are strong, engagement and performance follow. Today, I continue to work at the intersection of people strategy and execution. And alongside that, I’m pursuing Level 1 certification with the International Coaching Federation, strengthening my ability to support leaders in a more structured, reflective way. P.s I am also open to volunteering in HR initiatives where my experience can add value, especially in organizations that are building from the ground up or navigating transition.
