• We prepare a weekly (W2W) roster for stores based on their matrix performance. The store needs to be completed within 3-4 days. After completion, we email our observations, including:
• 1. W2W matrix with numbers
• 2. Store observations (hygiene, shift in-charge behavior, packers' picking, pick path, area management, and any wrong activities)
• 3. Screenshots of picks
• 4. Negative and positive feedback
• We attach the W2W Excel sheet and sign-off document to the email. Additionally, managers provide tasks like:
• 1. Closing putaway pending tasks
• 2. Filling sheets
• 3. Explaining new processes to the store team
