There's almost always a gap between the plan and what's actually happening on the ground. 18 years in consumer brands, United Breweries / Heineken, now The Coca-Cola Company, has been about that gap. Finding it, understanding it, closing it. Across markets, teams, and distribution systems that don't leave much room for error. Today I run The Coca-Cola Company's Nepal and Bhutan franchise end-to-end across both commercial and marketing. Two markets, very different shapes; the work runs across bottler, distributors, brand, portfolio, and consumer. 15 years at United Breweries before this six roles from management trainee to Regional Sales Head across South and North India, working through sales, brand, and consumer marketing along the way. I've also been paying closer attention to something else lately: the distance between the woman brands picture in their briefs and the woman who actually walks into a store, opens an app, makes a household call. Same problem. Different shelf. Brand-building, beverages, distribution, franchise, or honest thinking about brands and the people who buy them, Happy to Connect.

  • Simplified product portfolio via Brand-Pack-Price-Channel (BPPC) rationalization — phased out inefficient SKUs and optimized category packs to unlock mix-led margin
