I studied civil engineering. I wanted to build things. Turns out I meant something different. Four years designing structures. Then an MBA at IIM Jammu in Marketing, Strategy, IT Analytics. Not because I had a clear plan. Because I had a question I couldn't answer at a drawing board. How do complex businesses actually grow? At Auriga Research Private Limited, I'm building that answer in real time. GTM engines from scratch. CRM systems that actually get used. Enterprise accounts closed across global markets through consultative selling at the CXO level. Demand generation through exhibitions like Cosmoprof and World Food India that convert into real client relationships; not just business cards. The civil engineer in me never left. I still think in systems. I still ask: what holds this up? What fails first under pressure? That mindset - applied to sales, strategy, and growth, is what I bring to every conversation. I write here about two things: 1. Building yourself, when the path doesn't look the way you imagined. 2. Building businesses, with thinking that goes beyond the obvious playbook.
