• Designed and automated customer onboarding and AWS infrastructure setup to handle log storage and indexing that reduced oncall engagement from 2 hours per customer to 10 minutes.

• Created a CLI command to migrate and delete logs based on multiple parameters to comply with security policies as the existing feature only deleted complete index data from AWS Elasticsearch based only on date range.
• Developed an intuitive, user-friendly UI for service onboarding with intensive client side validation using JavaScript and leveraged Amazon’s ticketing API to collaborate with customers, saving 750 minutes of SDE time per month.
• Automated ticket creation to descale AWS Elasticsearch clusters and enable AWS Ultrawarm in customer AWS accounts based on Elasticsearch metrics, reducing cost by 25%.
• Guided 6 engineers on product architecture, development and deployment and mentored two engineers along with managing their day-to-day tasks.
