About

Before I joined Client Server I worked 12 hour shifts in a factory driving forklift trucks whilst attending University. On the face of it, it wasn’t the standard preparation for a professional role in the City of London. I was lucky though – I joined a company who have developed me as an individual and allowed me to continuously progress professionally. My role has changed significantly, starting as a Consultant, I’m now Recruitment Director and a proud shareholder in the business. I’ve had an impact on our strategy, designed and delivered our training programme, hired the majority of our team and had an influence on creating a positive culture and working environment. Outside of life at CS I support charities and the arts. I spent nearly 5 years as Trustee and Chairman of a fantastic mental health charity called Hospital Rooms. If you would like to find out more about our model as a candidate or client please get in touch. If you are interested in joining our team please contact @Katherine Clarke, @Sophie Wells. 020 7090 2528 | 07983 700 555 | owhite@client-server.com

  • Technology recruitment is a tough business – you battle all day to pull a job, stay late sourcing candidates and rack your brains to write an advert that’s different to everyone else’s. Or can you do things differently?
  • Over the years we have streamlined our processes to make our business as efficient as possible. With a dedicated business development team our Consultants have no need to cold call clients. Technology verticals mean we specialise in specific technology niches allowing us to really learn our market and add value to the recruitment process. Our marketing team writes all copy from scratch after meeting hiring managers and visiting clients on site, optimising each advert for individual job boards. On top of all this we invest in our Consultants by mapping out progression, utilising the latest technology and run both internal and external training programmes.
  • The business has grown organically with further expansion expected. We have number 1 supplier status with a vast array of clients and pride ourselves on building long term relationships. With a growing international reach we are better placed than ever to serve clients more comprehensively.
