I came up with the smarter delayed alerts that detected connector recovery after a restart, not sending alerts in this case, effectively reducing the alert volume.
I also integrated GCP cloud functions into the on-call alert infrastructure to detect internal connector alerts.
I also worked on automating the on-call report generation using the Jira and Confluence APIs.
