• In my complete tenure in IBM I was handling the responsibility as a Lead Developer in Designing, Implementing the IBM Education Contents for all the three forms of learning ILT(Instructor Led Training), ILO(Instructor Led Online) and SPVC(Self Paced Virtual Learning). Here are the specifics of my responsibilities -
• 1) For last 7 years in IBM have been working with WebSphere Education where I contributed in end-to-end delivery of various WebSphere Education courses as a Curriculum Designer and Lead.
• 2) The products I had worked on so far, IBM BPM, IBM MobileFirst, IBM DataPower, IBM WAS, IBM WPS, and IBM WID.
• 3) During my education projects in IBM apart from my expected deliverables, many times I helped the IBM product team by providing products feedbacks as defects and new features to improve the overall quality and experience of the product.
• Extra Miles -
• 1) Based on the depth of my knowledge on IBM products I was nominated twice as an SME for the “Test Development for Mobile Application Development”. • RCC got the resources requirement for the project on Digitization of Delhi Jal Board. Many of the developers were nominated by RCC for the project who had to undergo a tough rounds of interview with DJB senior officers. I was one of the two who finally got selected for the project.

• The role involves driving digitization in Delhi Water Board through:
• 1) Establish the Computer Cell from scratch. Procuring hardware, software.
• 2) Setting up LAN to network all departments of Delhi Water Board located within Head Office Prem-ises.
• 3) Developing Web Based applications such as Work Order System, File Monitoring System, and Complaint Monitoring System using Java Technologies.
• 4) Developing Payroll Software and Training of Staff across all Locations.The biggest challenge here was to Enable DJB Staff who have never seen computer before on how to operate Payroll Management System application.
• Had received an appreciation for the work successfully accomplished, from the IAS officer who led the DJB Computer Cell.

• Joined as a Java developer in the Research project "CollabCAD - a Java based 3–tier distributed 2D/3D CAD/CAM and CAE software system "
• Being a fresher then, I feel extremely fortunate to get an opportunity to work with the highly learned team of seniors(PhD in Computer Science) working in CAD division.
• As soon as I joined, the team had to travel to US for project work for a month. Out of all 6 recruited freshers they identified me for the responsibility to handle extra work of weekly builds of CollabCAD software and managing the communication about the weekly releases with all the team members.
