I’ve spent over 20 years working across hospitality, mobility, and relocation services, building and operating stays that people can rely on; whether they’re arriving for a short visit or settling in for a longer chapter. I’m the 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 & 𝗖𝗘𝗢 of 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, a hospitality services company headquartered in Gurgaon, India. Our work focuses on professionally managed serviced apartments, boutique hotels, and short-term stays across key Indian cities. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with global organisations such as IBM, Accenture, and Wipro; experiences that shaped my approach to service, consistency, and operations. Under the Blue Leaf umbrella, we’ve built multiple hospitality brands, each designed for a different kind of traveller: • 𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 — focused on long-stay and corporate accommodation across major Indian cities, managing over 1,000 rooms and apartments • 𝗕𝗟𝗨𝗢 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆𝘀 — a collection of boutique hotels and holiday homes in both leisure destinations and metro cities • 𝗭𝗘𝗡 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘀 — a business hotel brand located in key commercial districts • 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 — managing short-term and vacation rentals across global booking platforms, including Airbnb What connects all of these brands is a shared focus on comfort, dependable service and well-managed spaces that guests can settle into easily. I enjoy building teams, strengthening everyday operations and creating stays that feel thoughtful rather than transactional.
