• I led and owned multiple charter areas across Supply Chain Systems and Core Platforms, responsible for building several 0→1, business-critical systems and scaling them to millions of orders in one of the fastest-growing quick commerce environments.
• On the supply chain side, I architected and delivered Zepto’s end-to-end Warehouse Management System, which became the backbone for inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch across dark stores. I also built Packman (HRMS), a workforce management platform covering onboarding, attendance, shifts, and payouts, enabling rapid warehouse expansion and operational scalability. In addition, I led systems spanning catalog management, kitchen operations for Zepto Café, and a state-machine–driven fulfillment orchestrator coordinating the complete order lifecycle.
• On the platform side, I founded and scaled several foundational systems including Zepto’s IAM platform (AuthN, AuthZ, RBAC), real-time WebSocket infrastructure for operational dashboards, CRM and admin platforms, and identity and verification systems used across warehouses and rider operations. These platforms became shared infrastructure leveraged by multiple product and ops teams.
• Beyond product delivery, I played a central role in engineering org building — scaling and managing multi-pod teams, setting architecture standards, driving delivery governance, and partnering closely with product, operations, and business leaders. I was deeply involved in tech hiring, conducting 200+ interviews, designing pre-hiring frameworks and evaluation rubrics, and helping raise the overall engineering bar.
• This role combined deep system ownership, platform thinking, and people leadership, with direct responsibility for reliability, scale, and long-term extensibility of Zepto’s core systems.
