• I joined TFS when number of bookings were ~6k /day and operational cities were ~10.
• At it's peak, TFS was operational in > 50 cities facilitating > 100k bookings/day.
• It was great to be part of a journey where organization reached zenith and was absorbed in OLA.

• endless.com was started in `07 as an experimental foray in fashion accessories.
• Endless/Javari was present in 5 locales: endless.com, javari.jp, javari.co.uk, javari.fr and javari.de.
• Organization’s goal was to migrate Legacy Order Pipeline (Checkout) to Webstore Checkout as legacy checkout services were being deprecated.
• Team delivered Webstore migration project on 4 out of 5 locales working with multiple US service teams.
• Webstore migration project details:
• 1. Integrated amazon.com Gift Card support.
• 2. Added support for Solo/MasterCard credit card in javari.co.uk.
• 3. Integrated Direct Debit payment method in the UI for javari.de.
• 4. Added support for multiple Gift Card promotions in javari.co.uk.
• 5. Revamped UI for Javari checkout in all locales, making it friendlier.
• 6. Added support for Carte Aurore and Carte Bancaire credit cards in javari.fr.
