I'm a Multi Disciplinary Designer and AI Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience, currently leading product design at BHIVE Workspace in Bangalore. I've spent most of those years learning to listen to users carefully, and the last one doing that with AI in the loop. At BHIVE, I built the product design function from zero. That meant shipping the company's first mobile app, designing internal platforms used across 40+ locations, launching an investment platform for non-expert investors, and building the design system that holds it all together. More recently, I introduced an AI-augmented design practice using Claude / GPT / Cursor that has cut iteration cycles by ~40%. Before BHIVE, I led design at Intellipaat where I managed a multidisciplinary team of 8 across motion, visual, video, and sound. Earlier, three years at Ashv Finance brought structured UX to complex lending and banking flows. Across the years, my work has spanned fintech, edtech, proptech, logistics, e-commerce, mapping, and hyper-local services, across mobile, web, and internal tools.
