About

There's a specific kind of satisfaction I chase in design. It's not awards. It's not portfolio views. It's that moment when someone uses something I built, a button, a flow, a screen, and it just works. They don't think about it. They don't notice the design at all. They just... get where they needed to go. That invisibility is what I'm after. I'm Mudita, a Product Designer currently at Zykrr, where I've spent nearly two years helping build Project Phoenix, an enterprise CX platform that launched earlier this year. I collaborated with the design team to create the case management module, the call analytics module, the identity and access management module, and many other modules that people use every morning to complete their jobs. Getting those right mattered. Before that, I was at SynTecSys designing IoT dashboards for operations teams' environments where a confusing interface isn't just frustrating; it's a problem. That shaped how seriously I take clarity. I'm trying to take everything I've learned in business and apply it to D2C products, consumer apps, and platforms that millions of people use every day without even thinking about it. That's the work I want to do next. Designing for the person who'll never read a changelog but will feel every decision I made. Also genuinely interested in design for social good and accessibility experiences built for elders, for people who aren't "tech-savvy" but deserve software that respects them anyway. If you're building something like that, I'd love to hear about it. 📩 muditasahu.uiux@gmail.com

  • I joined Zykrr when we were still figuring out a full rebuild of our enterprise CX platform. I was part of the design team that took it from blank Figma files to a live product, launched.
  • A lot of clients are using it now. That still feels significant to me.
  • Here's what I worked on:
  • I worked on core product features that unified agent workflows into single, intuitive screens making complex customer issue tracking feel effortless from the moment they logged in.
  • I designed interfaces for rich AI-powered analytics data, turning raw call insights into scannable, actionable visuals that CX managers could actually use without a learning curve.
  • I contributed to critical platform systems for secure access and team management across the entire system. It's the kind of foundational work where if you get it right, no one notices but if you get it wrong, problems cascade fast.
  • We built the design system the Figma component library that the whole team used. 250+ screens, 90+ marketing creatives. Nothing looked inconsistent at launch. A small thing to some people, everything to me.
  • zykrr.com redesigned 20+ screens to speak to enterprise buyers instead of small businesses. New clients started bringing it up before demo calls. Job done.

  • Six months. One product. And a perspective shift I didn't expect.
  • At SynTecSys I designed an IoT monitoring dashboard for industrial operations energy tracking, compliance, thermal mapping, and electrical health. 30+ screens for teams monitoring live systems in real time.
  • What changed for me here was understanding what pressure does to a user. These weren't people browsing casually. They were operations managers making fast decisions on live data. A confusing layout isn't just annoying in that context; it's a liability.
  • So I learned to design with less. Show only what matters. Surface the right action at the right moment. Don't make people think when they don't have time to think.
  • I built role-based flows so different user types saw only what was relevant to them. Built a component system that held together across data-heavy screens without becoming visually overwhelming.
  • Six months. But it changed how I approach every brief since.

  • My first time being the only designer on a product and figuring out what that actually means.
  • Travelmatic was a consumer travel booking app. My job was to make the path from "I want to go somewhere" to "booking confirmed" feel easy. I researched where people dropped off, simplified the steps that were making them leave, and sharpened the moments that mattered most.
  • It was fast, it was scrappy, and it taught me more about real product design than any course did.
  • Also redesigned Appnox's website: better structure, cleaner layouts, and more honest about what they actually do.
