• I started my journey as a Chartered Accountant (CA) because of my strong desire to learn finance. During my time as a CA, I developed a good sense of business understandings. • Since I was always inclined towards understanding how business work and how they are helping the customers to achieve their goals, I decided to transition to a career where I can fully utilize my passion and create valuable solutions for the users. • Why the transition to user experience? I have always enjoyed engaging both the creative and analytical parts of my brain. • For a long time, I didn’t know how to combine the two into a career.
