I started my career in dentistry, but over time I became more interested in the systems behind patient care than just the clinical side. Working closely with patients made me notice recurring gaps—missed follow-ups, inefficient scheduling, and poor patient engagement. That pushed me to explore how healthcare delivery can be improved at a system level rather than one patient at a time. With a background in healthcare, an MBA in hospital management, and training in psychology, I’ve developed an interest in roles that sit at the intersection of clinical understanding, business, and product. I’m currently working towards transitioning into Product Operations, Clinical Product roles, and Healthcare Business Analysis, especially within HealthTech and digital healthcare platforms. I’m particularly interested in improving patient experience, solving workflow inefficiencies, and contributing to products that make healthcare more accessible and effective.
