• Worked in a module named KEKA Biz that deals with resolving the issues & requests of
• internal departments within KEKA HR. My responsibilities include designing and delivering
• solutions for the module, in order to effectively address the needs of the internal
• departments through my designs.
• Collaborated with the CEO and Product team to craft an intuitive design and experience
• using the Lean UX process, which was effectively adopted by 3,000+ Keka customers
• around the globe.
• Implemented automated workflows to enhance workflow efficacy by reimagining and
• redesigning the interfaces and flows of the CRM tool which deals with the entire KEKA Biz
• module. In order to automate enquiry collection, customer onboarding & client invoice
