Job Profile :- • Managing Revenue of the Indian Entity ensuring all Accruals and Deferrals are booked as per company Policy and as per revenue recognition principle. • Managing the GST/Service Tax compliance ensuring timely tax deposition and timely returns filing. • Managing the Monthly Forecast of Revenue and Expenses and analyze the same against Actuals. • Managing the Annual Operating Plan. • Managing the Intercompany transactions which includes issuing and booking Debit Notes and Credit Notes, compliance of withholding Tax (TDS) and service tax, and Intercompany Balance confirmations. • Ensuring timely completion of Month End procedures and requirements of month close which includes various process runs under SAP e.g. Depreciation Run, Forex Run, Intersegment Run, Allocation of Compensation Run, AR Aging Run etc. • Prepare Detailed report of Variance Analysis every month. • Managing the Deferred compensation viz. Long Term Investment Plans for Top Management. • Preparing the Annual Financial Statements. • Provide Assistance in Audit which includes providing Audit schedules and Providing the required details to the Auditors and facilitating them in conducting Audits and ensuring Compliance & Implementation of Auditor’s Observations • Maintaining the Payroll which includes validation of Payroll data from HR, processing Payroll accurately & timely ensuring statutory compliances w.r.t PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, TDS Return Deposition, maintaining payroll registers.
