• Engineered an auto-instrumentation suite that slashed service onboarding time from 5 weeks to 1 day, significantly accelerating adoption across global Store teams.
• Spearheaded the migration to OpenTelemetry (OTel) for the internal observability platform, modernizing telemetry standards for thousands of microservices.
• Architected the first mobile debugging framework within the organization.
• Integrated BitDrift (3rd-party) with internal backend tracing to provide seamless, full-stack visibility from mobile devices to server-side logic, drastically reducing MTTR.
