The tool utilizes Python and CLIPS programming to generate a Meaning Representation Structure (MRS) from input data. This MRS is then used to construct an English sentence. The input for the system is a user-provided CSV file, which is processed to generate an MRS, and ultimately, an English translation is produced.
In addition to NLP algorithms, the project makes extensive use of various dictionaries for mapping linguistic information and ensuring accurate translations. This tool aims to enhance communication by providing an efficient way to translate and convey messages across languages using advanced computational methods.
