I work on making messy operations easier to understand, measure, and improve. I’m an Industrial Engineering graduate from Koç University, currently working in textile finishing operations. My work sits between production, customers, shopfloor teams, reporting, and management, so I’ve learned to look at operations as a connected system rather than separate tasks. I like working on operational problems where the answer is not obvious at first: a process that depends too much on individual memory, a customer request that creates trade-offs, or a workflow that is difficult to track. My instinct is to understand the system first, then use the most practical tool available to make the next decision clearer. I don’t believe in forcing one favorite method onto every problem. Sometimes the right tool is a spreadsheet, sometimes it is a process map, sometimes it is a model, a report, or simply asking better questions on the shopfloor. I’m especially interested in operations research, process improvement, business analysis, and consulting-style work where the goal is to use limited resources intelligently under real constraints.
