I’ve spent the last 20+ years working in Retail and eCommerce, leading delivery programs, building products and nurturing teams that can execute at scale. Currently, I manage a product portfolio and lead a team product managers across multiple geographies. My focus has been consistent—build products, deliver reliably, keep stakeholders aligned, and build teams that can operate independently without constant escalation. Over the years, I’ve worked across OMS, WMS, merchandising, and supply chain platforms, both from delivery and solutioning perspectives. This helps when working with business stakeholders in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly. A large part of my role has involved scaling delivery capability—hiring the right people, setting up strong execution frameworks, and stabilizing operations as teams grow. I’ve also worked closely with clients across APAC and MEA regions, managing expectations, risks, and long-term relationships.
