I lead program operations and execution for American Express's enterprise cloud and data platform modernization, working within Global Services Group (GSG) to enable the migration of business-critical platforms—customer servicing, credit and collections, cardmember acquisition, and fraud detection—from legacy systems to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, platform engineering, and enterprise delivery. I operationalize cloud roadmaps, prioritize use cases, validate architectural decisions, and own the execution mechanics: onboarding, environment provisioning, cross-team coordination, and production readiness.
