No playbook. I built the first online curriculum from scratch and scaled it to 10 products serving children aged 3-14 across India, the Gulf, Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, and Europe. Here's what that actually looked like: → Designed and launched 10 curriculum products from zero → Trained 500+ teachers to deliver these programs globally → Personally spoke with 1,000+ parents across geographies to shape product-market fit → Led global expansion from Gulf to ANZ to North America → Built and headed 6–7 verticals simultaneously: product, sales, operations, teacher training, HR, influencer marketing, B2B & B2C, customer discovery, and CRM → Developed an in-house CRM with AI integration and agentic AI capabilities → Built internal AI systems to reduce operational load and scale without proportional headcount This is what most early-stage founders need and rarely find someone who's done the actual work across every function, not just advised on it. Now I work with founders directly. I help them go from idea to ₹2.2 Cr+ with clarity on GTM, pricing, team-building, and the operational systems that don't break as you grow. I've also taken growth and entrepreneurship workshops at some of Delhi's top schools like Heritage, DPS, Modern, Vasant Valley, working with the next generation of founders before they even know they are one. I'm IIM-A alumni. I've trained 500+ women entrepreneurs. I've mentored 100+ students on confidence, communication, and career clarity.
