For over 8 years, I’ve been designing mobile and web products that actually ship. Working across healthcare, logistics, SaaS, and lifestyle - mostly in fast-moving environments - taught me that every design decision must earn its place and solve real problems, not just look good on a canvas. Before transitioning to design, I spent over a decade leading teams and running operations. That background didn't just teach me management; it made me a designer who asks the hard questions early. I can easily spot when a flow serves the interface rather than the user, and I know how to push back and advocate for the right product decisions while keeping stakeholders aligned. Right now, I act as Creative Director and UI/UX Lead at Grona Agency, where I focus on mobile-first products and guide junior designers through discovery, research, and early concept phases.
