• Give appointment to Vendor on Email with Date & Time. I am taking care of GRN (Goods received Note) within TAT(T-Code MIGO). I am taking care of MRN (Material Rejection Note) within TAT. I am taking care of DMS (Data Management System) to Billing vendor within TAT in SAP. Material put way on location through SAP MM Module. Vehicle Loading and unloading. Down load all Po Report by SAP T Code ME2L and analysis this report for book appointment a vehicle for unloading. Responsible for proper documentation. Coordination with the purchaser Team for material availability. Prepare all documents SAP in MM Modules like GR, Stock Transfer, Service PO Service Sheet, RGP, NRGP other issue Entry in Engineering, IUT (Inter unit Transfer) item Etc. After booking MIGO I can do all MIRO in SAP by Checking all QTY, PO, Amount, and Payment Terms which are mentioned in po, and unloading Weight Slip. I have responsible for Process loss and make monthly process loss reports and actions taken how to control it.
