Developed support for deep links to doctor listing pages (based on location and keywords: speciality/service/symptom extracted from user's context over chat) to power ~35% queries which are in the context of doctor search.
Added support for dynamic follow-up prompts which would help users to ask relevant questions to chatbot and help them with suggestions based on their current chat history
