A professional with a simple approach to work: understand the system, fix what’s broken, and build processes that make life easier for everyone My professional journey so far has moved through three worlds - engineering at NIT Trichy, analytics at ZS Associates, and high‑performance sport at IIS. Why the switch? Because I work best in environments that are still being built - where systems don’t fully exist, roles aren’t rigid, and someone has to figure out “how things should work.” Sport in India is exactly that kind of space: high potential, high complexity, and still evolving. At IIS, I’ve had the rare chance to work across strategy, operations, budgeting, systems design, and org-building - from setting up a new Sports Ops department, supporting digital transformation through Teamworks, to optimizing budget tracking and process flows. Much of this work looks “simple” on the surface, but that’s often the point: the best solutions are SIMPLE. Good systems feel obvious once they’re in place. Across roles, one theme has stayed constant: I like solving problems, especially the ones that sit between teams, processes, and people. That’s also where I add the most value - connecting the dots, aligning functions, and shaping the operational backbone that helps organizations run better.
