I am a Product Manager by profession and a developer at heart, with an MBA from IIM Calcutta and an Engineering degree from BITS Pilani. With about half a decade's experience across firms like Amazon and Razorpay, I specialize in ARPU, MTU Growth, and AI-first products in fintech and customer experience. At Razorpay, I work with multi-agent systems and workflow automation targeting operational efficiency, , and experiment with merchant-backwards solves for cross-sell, retention, and growth with traditional ML-based systems and Gamification. At Amazon, I led AI/ML-driven tools for Customer Service agents, launching LLM-powered features, RAG-based policy bots, and platform re-architecture initiatives delivering measurable savings and productivity improvements at scale. Earlier, I worked as a Product Engineer at Goodera, leading mobile and web development for CSR impact measurement platforms across 500+ regions. Alongside, I have launched 0–1 products at IIM Calcutta, where my contributions were recognized with the B. S. Dua Memorial Prize for Organizational Ability.
