• Involved in functional, API testing, test case writing, performance test script, design, execution, reporting and testing web application, app (Android and IOS).

• 1. Project Title: Customer Communication Management as a Service (CCMaaS)
• The project is to automate the processes which were previously managed by individual teams to generate policy statements, monthly utility bills and bank statements in different domains like Healthcare, Banking & Financial services, Insurance, Telecom and Utilities etc. Previously this was a project with the FCI-CCM to print these monthly statements for some specific banks and Insurers but with this project we are trying to create a product which the client can configure and generate these monthly/quarterly/yearly outputs for their own customers.
• 2. Project Title: RNA
• The project was running in production environment and I was hired for this project as there were chained change request pipeline from the client. The goal of the project was to implement changes in the insurance policies already issues by the client through GMC quadrant software to their customer with some minor changes like update in ownership details and terms and condition of the policy.

• Analyze requirement specification and understand the application
• Review the requirement and prepare test case document
• Bug reporting, tracking in JIRA cordination with development team and product owners
• Perform API testing
• Perform load testing for URL shortner and PDF generation through JMeter
• Analyze workflow diagram or WFD and prepare test case document
• Test and review the changes made by the developer are in line with the requirement and provide signoff
