• E-commerce Operations:
• Managing day-to-day e-commerce operations across all online platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Meesho, and the company’s own website.
• Handling order processing, shipping, returns, cancellations, and ensuring timely dispatches to maintain SLA compliance.
• Coordinating with warehouse teams for order fulfillment, inventory stock updates, and delivery accuracy.
• Unicommerce Handling:
• Operating and maintaining Unicommerce as the central order and inventory management system.
• Integrating new marketplaces via Unicommerce and ensuring seamless flow of data.
• Conducting regular stock reconciliation, syncing physical inventory with online listings.
• Product Catalog & Listing Management:
• Creating and uploading new product listings on various marketplaces with proper categorization, keywords, and attributes.
• Optimizing titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords to improve product discoverability.
• Ensuring all listings are compliant with platform guidelines (image sizes, content rules, etc.).
• Coordinating with the design team or using image editing tools to create/upload product images.
• Cross-functional Coordinating
• Collaborating with the marketing team for seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
• Coordinating with marketplace account managers to run sponsored ads and promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring campaign performance, CTR, and sales uplift post-marketing activities.
• Updating promotional banners and landing pages across platforms when required.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitoring inventory levels across all marketplaces to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
