About

I build AI safety and security systems — right now at JPMorganChase, where I'm on the Gen AI Red Team designing evaluation frameworks for agentic AI at scale. I've built end-to-end infrastructure here - model scanning engines covering thousands of externally sourced models, event-driven compliance pipelines, vulnerability scoring systems for LLM security. Before the Gen AI red team, I spent three years in AI Controls Engineering shipping these systems into production. Outside of work, I build open-source tools for AI security research, and I live inside Claude Code to the point where I keep hitting usage limits on both my work and personal machines. I'm drawn to ambiguous problems, small teams, and environments where shipping(safely) is the only thing that matters. Some things I'm proud of: Inventor Recognition (Q4 2025) for filed patents Speaker at DEVUP 2026, JPMorganChase's invite-only technical conference Led the SEP Engineer Committee at JPMC Bengaluru — curated technical experiences for 1,100+ early-career engineers Reach me at ppradyoth64@gmail.com All opinions are my own and do not reflect my employer. SEP Engineer Committee Lead

Mar 2024 – Jan 2025 · 10 mos · Bengaluru

  • Selected for this leadership role across 500+ engineers based on event management experience from undergrad — an additional responsibility alongside my full-time engineering work.
  • â–¸ Owned end-to-end event operations for 1,100+ early-career engineers at JPMorganChase's Bengaluru Tech Centre — roadmaps, budgets, vendor negotiations, logistics, registrations, and stakeholder communications
  • â–¸ Planned and executed flagship programs — SEPx, SEP Connect, Welcome Day, Breakout Blitz, Graduation Day — each serving hundreds of engineers, and served as EMCEE at multiple firm-wide events
  • â–¸ Sourced and invited speakers from across the firm — senior technologists, leaders, and SMEs — curating content that directly shaped the learning experience for every new-grad cohort
  • â–¸ Managed vendor relationships end-to-end — from selection and negotiation to on-ground coordination on event day
  • â–¸ Coordinated multi-site initiatives across all India Tech Centres, syncing timelines, content quality, and experience delivery with program management
  • â–¸ Mentored and led volunteer squads of 20+, created detailed run-of-show plans, and coached incoming EC Leads on how to run the entire operation
  • â–¸ Built structured feedback loops that drove measurable improvements across subsequent cohorts
  • The SEP (Software Engineer Program) is JPMorganChase's two-year program for new-graduate engineers, combining technical upskilling with professional development.

Security Engineer I

Jul 2023 – Jan 2026 · 2 yrs 6 mos · Bengaluru

  • Built the AI security infrastructure that protects how JPMorganChase develops and deploys ML models — a robust security scanning pipeline with automated compliance reporting, from model ingestion to risk scoring to regulatory readiness.
  • â–¸ Designed and deployed an in-house model file-scanning engine covering ~2,500 externally sourced ML models; later led migration to a vendor solution that broadened coverage by 40% while cutting maintenance overhead
  • â–¸ Developed a vulnerability scoring system for LLM security findings — prioritising risks and integrating directly into review workflows
  • â–¸ Built an event-driven compliance reporting pipeline that replaced manual attestation workflows and accelerated regulatory readiness
  • â–¸ Migrated the platform from a monolith on EKS to microservices running on ECS tasks — improving scalability, deployment independence, and operational clarity
  • â–¸ Integrated adversarial testing with a vendor platform to support reliable pre-deployment and periodic evaluations across AI use cases
  • â–¸ Identified coverage gaps in existing scanning and shipped a PoC scanner to close them
  • â–¸ Designed security reports with risk-aligned mapping to improve auditability and transparency for stakeholders
  • â–¸ Reduced end-to-end test execution time by ~67% by authoring new automation scenarios and enforcing secure-coding standards across the pipeline
  • â–¸ Modernized the platform — JDK 21 upgrade, extracted legacy components into containerized services, migrated CI/CD from Jenkins to Spinnaker
  • â–¸ Improved operational reliability via IaC upgrades, observability improvements, certificate rotations, and cleanup of configuration drift
  • â–¸ Authored PRDs and LLDs for security reporting, automated compliance, and configuration management — scaling maintainability and onboarding
  • â–¸ Presented the platform and its capabilities across firm-wide initiatives — Innovation Week, Ignite, TIF, Cyber Awareness Week, Risk Expo, and Controls Expo

Software Engineer (Intern)

Jan 2023 – Jun 2023 · 5 mos · Bengaluru

  • Joined as an intern and shipped production code from month one — building backend systems for the AI security scanning pipeline I'd later extensively work on as a full-time engineer.
  • â–¸ Built backend services and APIs that power the scanning workflow end-to-end — from orchestration to status tracking to evidence storage for security reports
  • â–¸ Developed core scanning pipeline modules, hardening accuracy, error handling, and reliability under load
  • â–¸ Implemented Lightswitch scheduling and Janitor policies on EKS, reducing infrastructure costs by ~60% across non-production environments
  • â–¸ Rewrote and refactored legacy test suites — added unit and integration coverage that cut feedback loops and unblocked faster releases
  • â–¸ Stood up monitoring dashboards and alerting from scratch, stabilizing DEV/UAT environments for the team
  • â–¸ Super Squad Team Award — CTC Q3 2023 R&R
