• During this tenure, I have owned and improved the CI/CD process at the organization. The end goal was to establish a platform that enables true Continuous Delivery (CD) through unattended processes.
• ● Simplified service onboarding, reducing pipeline configuration from over 200 lines of code to fewer than 20 variable configurations.
• ● Set up the entire CD platform from scratch, having connections to multiple tools like K8s, Jira, AWS, GCP, Vault, ECR, Prometheus, Coralogix, etc.
• ● Drove standardization in the deployment process for over 400 backend services, facilitating their migration to a new CD platform, Harness NG, within 5 weeks. To make this happen, I collaborated with the vendor and helped develop more than 40 new features in the platform and used Python scripts to do the controlled migration.
