• As a Software Engineer in the Cloud Operations team at NICE, I contribute to the design and development of multi-region, multi-tenant SaaS products using cutting-edge technologies including .NET/C#, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, AWS, and cloud-native architectures.
• My responsibilities span the full software development lifecycle—from system design and implementation to deployment and support. I work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, SRE, Infrastructure, and Customer Support to ensure high-quality product delivery and continuous improvement.
• Key focus areas include:
• Building scalable and high-performance cloud solutions with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Implementing RESTful APIs and microservices in a secure and performance-optimized manner
• Driving automation, unit testing, and best coding practices for robust software delivery
• Mentoring team members and conducting peer code reviews
• Enhancing system reliability, maintainability, and observability in cloud environments (primarily AWS)
