I’m a Senior Product Designer with 11+ years of experience designing and scaling both B2B SaaS platforms and consumer-facing products used by millions of users. Currently leading product design at Zoko (YC W21), where I drive UX across AI-assisted workflows, automation systems, onboarding, analytics, and multi-agent communication experiences for Shopify merchants using WhatsApp commerce. Previously at BYJU’S, I worked on large-scale consumer learning products including Disney BYJU’S Early Learn and Ask a Doubt - focusing on engagement, learning experiences, onboarding, and student-teacher interaction systems.
