• 2. Owned the full commercial arc — ICP definition, pilot design, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, and self-serve growth experiments — without a dedicated sales or marketing team
• 3. Built and iterated on AI-native outbound infrastructure, developing a real-time sequencing and optimization system that meaningfully improved pipeline conversion
