  • Also handled Returns, CIR & Warranty shipments of around 6-8k.
  • Project 3: Dark Store – Logistics Operations; ~Setting up dark stores around key locations across DXB, handled and managed 8-10k shipments per day distributed across 8DS hubs with 90 mins delivery TAT.
  • Considering all the above 3 depts have headed a team size of 400-450 employees.
  • Achievements:
  • a. Optimized routes for line haul impacting cost reduction by 3.06 M per year at Core LPC.
  • b. Introduction of reusable lid totes in grocery reduced the packaging cost by 4 M per month.
  • c. Set Up a sorter for segregation which helped achieved a cost reduction of 0.65M per year.
  • d. Cross utilizing the DS riders strategically with food deliveries to optimize the overall cost.
