• Project: Finance Incorporated Limited (FIL)
• Developed the Customer, Accounts and Payments module. This includes creation of Model artifacts and its respective subroutines in Java.
• Project: Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB)
• Cheque Clearing System Development: Led the design and implementation of a new Cheque clearing system using Java, overseeing all project phases from initial analysis and ISD preparation to development, deployment, and SIT defect resolution.
• IRIS REST API Development: Developed Restful IRIS APIs for the Customer, Account, File Upload, and Deposits modules, facilitating third-party integrations with the T24 framework. Managed the full development lifecycle, including analysis, clarification logs, ISD preparation, T24 artifact creation, Swagger documentation, containerization, deployment, and SIT bug fixes.
• Release Management and Delivery: Spearheaded the delivery of project artifacts (data records, JARs, service JARs, WARs, documents) using the dsf packager, enhancing the delivery process and source code control with Bitbucket integration.
• Support and Environment Management: Responsible for the maintenance and support of Dev and QA cloud environments, including performance tuning, troubleshooting (JBoss failures, DB lockings), and automating Dev restarts and module updates with Jenkins.
• System Upgrades: Successfully upgraded the onsite environment to version 202303 from R22, encompassing TAFJ, T24, and UXP upgrades, and adapted local code for desktop to UXP conversions.

• T24 Upgrades: Regular internal upgrades of the T24 environment, including TAFJ upgrades, exception authorization, product installations, and troubleshooting.
• COB Execution and Management: Daily COB executions in a live demo environment to update the T24 date and troubleshoot issues, with a comprehensive understanding of COB stages and activities.
• Development and Maintenance Support: Addressed defects with root cause analysis and worked on enhancements involving the creation of Model artifacts (Versions, Enquiries, TABS, COS, and Menu), introduction to .TEMPLATE programming, and supporting Infobasic routines. Acquired knowledge in Accounts, Customer, and Funds Transfer functionalities, as well as basics in AA Core.
• Area Management: Ownership of two Linux areas for regression runs, including area preparation, DB replacement, TAFJ upgrades, and installation of Tomcat, Jenkins, etc.
• Cloud Deployment: Established cloud areas for T24, responsible for model artifact deployment across areas.
• Automations: Utilized Jenkins for script building and error reporting, employing plugins for job status notifications.
• Scripting and Demo Data Injection through OFS: Scripted over 15,000 demo data scenarios using the SEAT framework and OFS for demo scenario population.
• Chatbot for Teams: Developed a chatbot from scratch to address common issues within teams, integrated into MS Teams for internal assistance.
