• Joined the TurboTax team to lead the modernization of Finish and File Experience
• Lead the end-to-end decomposition of a mission-critical legacy monolith (serving tens of thousands of RPS/TPS) into scalable, fault-tolerant microservices, improving resiliency, reducing operational overhead, and accelerating feature delivery across teams. This platform enables customers to complete checkout, configure direct deposit/debit information, and e-file with the IRS and state tax agencies. This is the experience that drives $3B+ in annual revenue, supports millions of filers, and operates at extreme peak-scale during tax season.
• Architected and delivered reusable platform APIs, including modern GraphQL data access layers, driving broad cross-team adoption, eliminating duplicated business logic, and enabling AI-driven personalization and assistance across the product.
• Spearheaded the migration to Server-Driven UI, fully sunsetting a proprietary front-end framework and establishing a unified experience framework. This unlocked significantly faster development cycles, improved release velocity through GenAI-assisted developer tooling, and increased A/B experimentation throughput and iteration speed.

• Lead the Document Comprehension platform at Intuit for extracting structured data from user uploaded documents (images/pdfs). Over 20 million documents per day are processed across 30+ document types for use cases like tax filing and accounting.
• Migrated the Comprehension orchestration platform from a legacy system to an event and workflow-based system, reducing document on-boarding time from 1 month to 1 day. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions, enhancing system efficiency and scalability.
• Built the analytics platform to track user feedback, metadata and extracted data for supporting model training, confidence score forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Built a system to generate embeddings of the documents both in streaming and batch modes. Similarity searches using embeddings are used for sample generation for model training and also for RAG to power any document extraction via LLMs.

• Led the development of Financial Provider Service, enabling Intuit users to identify and connect to over 30,000 financial data providers (banks, lenders, payroll providers, e-commerce apps, etc).
• Replatformed the provider search service and built a real-time recommendation service to increase the data import success rate. Metrics: 500K recommendations/day with 60% CTR, Top 3 Search results CTR > 90%.
• Led the migration of a legacy of a provider management system. This helped de-risk over $50M in revenue from contracts and enabled 1,000+ partners and third parties to self-serve provider setup on a new portal.

• Built the Provider Administration tool with role-based authorization, reducing setup turnaround time from over 1 week to 15 minutes for internal teams, partners, and third parties.
• Developed OAuth self-serve setup tool to accelerate Intuit Direct connectivity adoption and on-boarding hundreds of new providers in one month (previously took over six months for 10 providers), winning the Intuit India Annual Award.
