It reduced manual triage effort and improved resolution turnaround. Before CloudBees, I worked at Vaeso, a US based IoT startup in manufacturing technology. I built real-time factory monitoring systems and a digital Andon quality control platform. This gave me strong experience with streaming systems and production reliability. Earlier at TechMojo, I worked on backend and infrastructure systems for Paysafe, a NYSE listed company.
