• 1) Automation of Jira Tickets via slack bot (Using NLP & Machine learning ) :The project is for automatically classifying the feedback received from the company’s customers or SFDC into bugs and feature and update the tickets in jira . Classified the comment from slack bot as a bug or features request using Text extraction methods at term level , phrase level and sentence level (NLP, NLU) . Also tried supervised , unsupervised and semi supervised machine learning techniques . Used fastext encoder for sentence similarity .
• 2) Ecommerce Mobile- app (similar to amazon) : Developed an ecommerce application using spring boot (MVC framework). Worked as a part of a backend developer. Learned the microservice architecture . Also got familiar with structured (Postgres , MySql) and unstructured (Mongo, Redis) databases.
