If your team has data but not enough senior firepower to act on it - that's exactly where I come in. Most growing travel and e-commerce businesses aren't short on data. They're short on someone senior enough to know what to look for, ask the right questions, and translate findings into decisions the whole business can act on. That gap is expensive - in missed revenue, poor retention, and operational blind spots. I've spent 10+ years closing that gap, across travel-tech, e-commerce, telecom, and FMCG. Most recently, I led a data analytics team at Agoda - one of the world's largest travel platforms - where I owned analytics strategy for Partner Engagement. My work there ranged from building predictive models that helped operations teams act on problems before they escalated, to designing dashboards that gave senior leaders real-time visibility into workforce and SLA performance. I led cross-functional stakeholder work at the most senior level, translating complex analysis into clear decisions. Before that, I was a Senior Data Scientist delivering bespoke end-to-end data science solutions to e-commerce clients. I built churn and LTV models that directly shaped retention strategy and marketing investment for e-commerce brands. Earlier in my career I built ML-driven models at that generated an expected $2.3M in COGS savings and $7M GSV uplift, and designed churn-prevention frameworks using graph database analysis to map customer journeys and identify key trigger points. What connects all of it: I don't just analyse data. I work closely with the business to understand what decisions need to be made, and then I make sure the data actually informs them.
