Am the main point of contact for Extreme AirDefense Esculations from customers/partners issues reported. Using Shell Scripting to manage the Extreme AirDefense User management options through CLI. Worked with multiple customers issues from APEC region like LG/Samsung/FedEx/UPS/Henry Ford Healthcare/ Kroger for their Extreme AirDefense WLAN setups. Had live remote session and troubleshooting for their various issues based on their priority level. For the above customer issues, worked with many internal teams of Extreme Networks across the different locations, WiNG(AP/sensor), XIQ Controller, XCC Controller, DevOps ,UI front end team to resolve these issues timely and effectivelly. Added Wifi protocol support to AP5010/5050 in Extreme AirDefense and BT/BLE supported APs. Ability to work with customers to understand their complex networking infrastructure level requirements and design solutions for them. Extreme AirDefense, WLAN, Computer Networks and Security. WiFi, Networks Troubleshooting, Configuration and Management of Extreme APs/Swicthes/Controllers.
