1. Nala Arcade – A 10,000 sq.ft G+2 commercial property featuring modern retail spaces and plug-and-play co-working environments. It stands as the only dedicated commercial space in K Channasandra, Bengaluru East.
2. Nala Warehouse Park – A 40,000 sq.ft Grade-A industrial warehousing destination in K Channasandra, Bengaluru East, purpose-built to serve the city’s FMCG and urban logistics ecosystem. It is the only Grade-A warehousing development within a 4 km radius.
