An ambitious and results-driven IT graduate with over six years of diverse professional experience spanning digital sales, retail operations, and software testing across the Middle East and India. Born and raised in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, I completed my schooling there before moving to India to pursue a B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Allahabad (MNNIT), one of India’s Tier-1 National Institutes of Technology. I began my professional journey with the Alshaya Group, where I was part of the IT and retail operations team supporting more than 150 global retail brands across the Middle East. My role involved system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) — both manual (using JIRA) and automated (using Selenium with Java) — ensuring smooth backend operations and high system reliability. I also worked extensively on ServiceNow to manage client-side service requests and drive process improvements that enhanced customer experience. Building on my technical and operational foundation, I transitioned to Appvin Technologies, where I moved into sales of SaaS-based IT solutions. Here, I was recognized for exceeding sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of the company’s digital offerings across multiple markets.
